• 2019-vlang : Simple, fast, safe, compiled language for developing maintainable software. Compiles itself in <1s with zero dependencies. 1.0 release in December 2019.

Build Utility

• 2017-Premake : Premake is a command line utility which reads a scripted definition of a software project, then uses it to perform build configuration tasks or generate project files for toolsets like Visual Studio, Xcode, and GNU Make. Premake’s scripts are little Lua programs, so the sky’s the limit!

• 2018-xmake : xmake is a cross-platform build utility based on lua. The project focuses on making development and building easier and provides many features (e.g package, install, plugin, macro, action, option, task …), so that any developer can quickly pick it up and enjoy a productivity boost when developing and building projects.

Static Quality Tools

• 2017-SonarQube : SonarQube provides the capability to not only show health of an application but also to highlight issues newly introduced. With a Quality Gate in place, you can fix the leak and therefore improve code quality systematically.

• Checkstyle : Checkstyle is a development tool to help programmers write Java code that adheres to a coding standard.

• FindBugs : This is the web page for FindBugs, a program which uses static analysis to look for bugs in Java code.

• 2018-Tau Prolog : Tau Prolog is a Prolog interpreter fully implemented in JavaScript.

• 2021-Semgrep : Semgrep is a fast, open-source, static analysis tool for finding bugs and enforcing code standards at editor, commit, and CI time.
